Can't thank you enough for a brilliantly efficient and speedy job in installing our new Worcester Bosch boiler. We are very grateful that our neighbour recommended you and we would thoroughly recommmend you to anyone.
We were impressed by the fact that you are a such walking encyclopaedia on the subject.
It is fantastic to find someone of the old school who cares about the job but also keeps up with new developments to the extent you do. We are very happy and very warm.

I forgot to add that since you installed the boiler, the hot water in the shower has stabilised for the first time in years and we can actually have a bath now without waiting for ages because the flow of hot water was previously so poor.
People should know that you don't talk a good job as some people do (you don't make promises) but you actually DO a good job which is the important thing.
