I forgot to add that since you installed the boiler, the hot water in the shower has stabilised for the first time in years and we can actually have a bath now without waiting for ages because the flow of hot water was previously so poor.
People should know that T Cosgrove plumbing and heating don't talk a good job as some people do (you don't make promises) but you actually DO a good job which is the important thing.
